JazzMark Terms of Use

Agreement

By downloading or using JazzMark (iPhone, iPad, or Mac Companion), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use JazzMark for your own music practice and organization. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the apps except as allowed by Apple’s App Store terms.

JazzMark Pro and Mac Companion

Pro purchase is a consumable in-app purchase (same product ID per transaction) that unlocks one desktop companion download (Mac or Windows). You may purchase again for the other platform.
The Mac Companion is provided as a separate download (not sold on the Mac App Store). It requires the same Apple ID sign-in used for Pro and an active entitlement in our system.
Refunds follow Apple’s App Store refund policies for the iOS purchase.
Restore purchases in the iOS app if you reinstall or change devices.

Your content

You are responsible for PDFs, bookmarks, and other content you import. You must have the right to use that material. JazzMark does not provide copyrighted sheet music.

Disclaimer

JazzMark is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, device issues, or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
